At a young age, Bernard found his love for the kitchen. Being raised by a father who was a gourmet chef and a mother with a southern cooking background, food was an important part of his daily life. At age 18, Bernard packed his love for food in a sea bag and left for the Navy. Fast forward 29 years later, a successful military career is coming to an end and Rollin Wit B is coming to fruition.

 

In 2010 Bernard started attempting to make seasoning blends, knowing that he could come up with blends worth talking about. After years of learning seasonings, adding, subtracting, and trying different blends, he found what he considered his first perfect combination, today known as Smokey Hot. With a desire to accommodate a variety of pallets, Smokey Sweet, Caribbean Twist and the Seafood blend were both born.

 

The goal of Rollin Wit B is to maintain producing simple chemical-free spices while continuing to provide a high-quality product that will always wow your taste buds.
